The trademark LA SMOLE is registered with the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) in classes 25 and 35.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation or total or partial exploitation of the Site's elements, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of LA SMOLE. Any unauthorised exploitation of the Site or any of its elements will be considered an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

LA SMOLE collects and processes personal data in connection with the use of the Site and the management of orders, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on data protection (GDPR) and French Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended on information technology, data files and civil liberties.

Personal data is intended exclusively for LA SMOLE and is only shared with third parties to the extent strictly necessary for fulfilling orders (carriers, shipping provider Sendcloud, payment provider Shopify Payments, host).

4.4 Retention period

Customer data is kept for a period of three (3) years from the last contact. Prospect data is kept for a period of three (3) years from collection or the last contact.
