Where do we ship?

We ship to mainland France, to European Union countries, to the United Kingdom, to Switzerland and internationally.

Processing time

Your order is prepared and shipped within 48 working hours (Monday to Saturday morning) after payment confirmation, outside pre-order periods.

Delivery times run from the shipping date and are estimates. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and local taxes may apply and are payable by the recipient.

Order tracking

A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your parcel directly with the carrier or via the Sendcloud platform.

Damaged or incomplete parcel

Check the condition of your parcel upon receipt. In case of any issue (damaged or opened parcel, missing product), make a formal statement with the carrier and contact us at hello@lasmole.com within 3 working days, with photo evidence.

RETURNS

When can I return an item?

Returns for refund are accepted only in the following cases:

  1. Right of withdrawal, within 14 days of receipt, without any reason.
  2. Non-conforming product, item or size error attributable to LA SMOLE, or manufacturing defect.
  3. Product damaged upon receipt, subject to a formal statement with the carrier and notification within 3 working days.

Outside these three cases, no return or refund will be accepted. A change of mind or a sizing error on your part does not constitute grounds for return beyond the 14-day period.

How to make a return?

Step 1, contact us at hello@lasmole.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2, wait for our written approval. No return will be accepted without prior approval.
Step 3, return the product within 14 days following our approval.

Mandatory conditions

All of the following criteria must be met, without exception:

  1. Hygiene sticker intact (bikini bottoms and one-pieces). Any removal, even partial, makes the product definitively non-returnable.
  2. Tags intact, not cut, not detached.
  3. Product unworn, unwashed, without stains, without odour (perfume, deodorant, sunscreen).
  4. Returned in its original pouch and packaging.

We recommend trying on your swimsuits over your underwear.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are at your expense, including in case of withdrawal. We recommend shipping with tracking and insurance: we are not responsible for parcels lost without tracking.

Only exception: in case of error on our part (non-conforming product, manufacturing defect), we cover the return shipping costs via a prepaid label.

Refund

The refund is issued within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned product. If the conditions above are not met, the return will be refused and the product will be sent back to you at your expense.

The refund is made using the same payment method used for the order.

EXCHANGES

Would you like a different size or model? Contact us at hello@lasmole.com. Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns and to product availability.

Return and reshipping costs are at your expense, except in case of error attributable to LA SMOLE.

During sales periods, only exchanges are accepted, no refunds (apart from the legal right of withdrawal).
